The New Mexico Passport was created in 1989 by Robert Hayes, Norman Nelson, and Mary Ford, with Spanish translations by Pilar Bernad. The first printing sold out within a year. Robert Hayes, aka Betín, issued a new edition in 1997 with new quotes and two maps, to rave revues by the Albuquerque Journal. This edition is now in its second printing. I welcome your feedback and suggestions, and am always on the lookout for new quotes -- particularly by Native Americans of this area.
Also, I am looking into creating passports for other places. The
Pacific Northwest, aka Cascadia, seems a good candidate. Maybe even something
completely whimsical.
